The Payee field does not populate on the Import Bank Transactions when classes are enabled
The Payee field does not populate on the Import Bank Transactions processes (starts at https://qbo.intuit.com/app/newfileupload) when classes are enabled. After the file upload process is completed and you are returned to the "Review" of the bank transactions on the https://qbo.intuit.com/app/banking page, the Payee (in our case it is the Donor) field is blank unless there is an entry in a user-defined "Rule" that includes the Payee. My guess is that the logic in the code is being skipped when the classes section of the code is executed (yes, I am an "IT Guy"). FYI...if you add or edit a…

Please allow the QBO Bank Balance and QBO Balance to be displayed on the Performance Center page
Please allow the QBO Bank Balance and QBO Balance to be displayed on the Performance Center page; without these two items the Performance Center page is incomplete for a good "quick look" at the organization's true financial position. The origin page for these two totals is under the Bank Accounts section of the home dashboard, i.e., https://qbo.intuit.com/app/get-things-done. The Performance Center page is https://qbo.intjuit.com/app/insights/dashboard. Thank you!

make returns billable
Within the bank feed - right now it is easy to assign an expense (purchase) to a Customer. But if that purchase gets returned ... it is NOT easy to assign the return (credit) back to the Customer. Interestingly, the credit card feed has the "billable checkbox" with the dropdown to choose the Customer which makes it easy ... but the bank feed does not have this. QBO just needs to add this same functionality to the bank feed ... so that returns (which show up as "deposits") can easily be assigned as billable to a Customer. Thanks, Sharon

Let a payor create an account so he can find and pay invoices addressed to him
Right now the merchant sends me an EMail each month with a very long URL that takes me to an invoice that I have to pay. If I don't get the EMail, I don't know how much I owe and I don't have a way to pay it. If you allowed me to create an account on your website, such that the merchant could add invoices to my account and I could log in to my account, see the invoices and pay the most recent one, things would be simpler for everyone. Add an option under the Receipts heading to "Upload receipts from Google Drive".
Our employees upload receipts, bills and invoices for items purchased to Google Drive.

stop being so greedy
today a customer paid our invoice of $3400 online through QB. QB charged over $100 to process this and no one lifted a finger, it was all done automatically with computers. Do you know how long I have to work to earn $100?

I need the credit card details noted on the transaction along w/a description of transaction details....would be very helpful
to reconcile my AMEX card, I need the transaction details, not just the amount noted...along with the card details charged (AMEX, last 4 digits) as AMEX won't accept receipts that do not have the Vendor details, transaction details and card charged details. It's a struggle every time I have to reconcile a charge for WIM or WIE for my company. Many thanks.

QBO Checking
After opening a QB Checking Account and making an initial deposit by electronic transfer, I now can't transfer any additional money in from an external checking account or event write myself a check to deposit into it, which pretty much defeats the purpose of having the account to use Envelopes. I contacted QB help and it took a full hour on chat with Myrene to find out I need to contact the banking institution behind the account. Do not recommend.

Make "Download Receipt" you know, download something! Like download the receipt. Download Invoice pops up a window to choose where to store it. But Download Receipt seems to do nothing. (With Chrome, configured to always prompt me for the location for downloading.) And there is nothing new in my Windows Downloads folder, either.

When generating an invoice for a client, sometimes they have more than one matter. Sending two invoices may confuse the client. Could you guys create a way to merge invoices for one client? For example- John Smith has a lawyer helping him with two law suits. The lawyer inputs time for one matter, and time for the second matter.
