In my opinion, there is no improvement necessary.
Excellent, user-friendly site for paying my invoice. My total time to complete my transaction and hit “Send Payment” was less than 2 minutes. 😀

Give an an option to question the amount
My invoice has been over priced missing credits or undercharged when credits no longer were owed. There should be an option to send the daycare a dispute or question or change the amount but not adding a credit automatically.

Please itemize the invoice next time by breaking down what was charged for the US Federal return vs what was charged for the Illinois State tax return.

Toggle between accounts
If we have multiple accounts with a vendor and they are sending us invoices it would be nice to be able to toggle between all accounts under that vendor to pay all invoices rather than needing the payment reminder sent through email alone.

Provide line item transactions on invoice
Billing Invoice: Breastnet's current invoice content is of minimal value. It should include the same transaction details used to bill Medicare and Supplemental insurances. I want to see the breakdown of charges billed. I also want to see when my insurance provider(s) make a payment. It would also be helpful to see how much was applied to my deductible. These are basic details that provide a snapshot of the transactions and dates pertinent to that doctor appointment. Without that info, your invoice does not look professional at all.

Validate information on payment
Every detail on my invoice was wrong. I didn't see the attachment just the link and paid it. Now I'm either stuck with a tax useless invoice or have to beg to reinvoice somehow.
Displaying basic data on name, address, tax ID on the side would help a lot avoid wrong invoices. There could even be an option to update invoice data on payment as the customer is the one anyway with the correct data.

Chang the invoice to show that it is paid, after having been payed!
Even after paying, all invoices show the total is a balance due.

Custom Data Fields for Products and Services
We need the ability to add custom data fields to Products and/or Services. The requested new facility shall allow for unlimited (or large number) of custom data fields of different types such as number, date, text, or picklist. Example is product Dimensions, Shipping Weight, UPC code, EAN code, ASIN code, Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price, Minimum Advertised Price, Standard Price, Sales Price, type of Packaging, expiration date. Not having these fields requires rigging/including this information in the "Description" field or other workarounds. This is a major problem and drives customers to competitor solutions.

Wrong payment date
When I pay on 11pm west coast time, the receipt is dated one day later... I guess this is because of timezone... this aint right, this can easily cost me late fees
