PLEASE MAKE "PAY INVOICE" BUTTON IN EMAIL GREEN OR RED.
PLEASE MAKE "PAY INVOICE" BUTTON IN EMAIL EITHER A GREEN OR RED COLOR. THE CURRENT BLACK BUTTON COLOR THEY DO NOT NOTICE THAT THIS BUTTON IS ACTUALLY A LINK TO PAY. IT LOOKS LIKE JUST A WORD, NOT A CLICKABLE LINK.

Include "View and Pay Invoice" option on all billing email correspondence
We forgot to pay after the initial billing email came in, and didn't follow-up until following emails were sent to us.
Looking over the email stream, it appears only the initial billing email contained the "View and Pay Invoice" option noted.
It would be nice if that was included in all billing emails so that one doesn't have to go looking for it in the initial billing email that was sent.

Pay Online Notification
The pay online notice needs to be further up in the email without having to scroll. I never see it and I print the invoice PDF & call the company to pay.

Include detailed line items such as sales tax.
As the payee of the invoice, include line items so I can see the sales tax as well as the cost of the merchandise. And, instead of sending a link to the invoice, explain in the body what it was for. I thought it was spam email so I didn't pay it at first. Then I had to inquire why it was higher than quoted. Just include the sales tax.

Send a reminder email saying its due??? If you don't know you can't pay? Then you find out it's overdue after the fact??? Thank you

Don't link to the payment invoice through email.
The vendor sent my payment link as an email. I have a personal rule not to click through and follow links in email (no matter how legit they appear). Following a link in an email and then entering personal or financial information is unsafe. I did not like that this was the only way the vendor provided me with a payment option.
