Include detailed line items such as sales tax.
As the payee of the invoice, include line items so I can see the sales tax as well as the cost of the merchandise. And, instead of sending a link to the invoice, explain in the body what it was for. I thought it was spam email so I didn't pay it at first. Then I had to inquire why it was higher than quoted. Just include the sales tax.

Send a reminder email saying its due??? If you don't know you can't pay? Then you find out it's overdue after the fact??? Thank you

Don't link to the payment invoice through email.
The vendor sent my payment link as an email. I have a personal rule not to click through and follow links in email (no matter how legit they appear). Following a link in an email and then entering personal or financial information is unsafe. I did not like that this was the only way the vendor provided me with a payment option.

Send an email I can click on 3 days before invoice due. I always have to go through 2 to 3 weeks of emails to get to the link to pay.
Or allow sign in/access to account on website so I don't have to use the link in an email.

Ensure timely delivery of invoice. Today's "reminder" e-mail was the first time we received a bill from you, despite two or three calls.
You declined to accept my credit card over phone on two or three attempts, declaring I should wait for invoice via e-mail. That e-mail just arrived today with text "reminding" that you'd not yet received payment.

Send billing reminder from an e-mail that my Mac Safari will recognize in contact list. I put it in my Contact List but it is not recognized
Send billing reminder from an e-mail that my Mac Mail will recognize in contact list. I put it in my Contact List but it is not recognized even though I have put it in my contact list. This delays me seeing the reminder bill. Leavenworth Online used to have an e-mail address my Mac mail would recognize. Very frustrating notification and billing method.

The invoices go to my TRASH on my phone and if I catch them I have to forward them to myself.

The time to verify payments information is excessive, 6 business days . It has to be less than that
It has to be faster like the other services like PayPal, Zelle, Movo, CashApp , etc..

Improve subject line
Please describe the invoice in the subject line of email and receipt e.g. Third quarter 2020. Could also add appropriate company name per another suggestion
