Use saved bank account to pay
When my vendor sent me an invoice, I was able to log into Intuit QB, but still not able to access my saved banking information. If there is a way, it was not easily available. A "Pay with Intuit" or Send to Intuit QB to be paid would be nice.

Took a minute to realize I can change the amount
A request for 50% of the total was clear and yet I had to realize that I needed to "edit" the stated total.

Include previous balance on current invoice
Include the previous balance due, if unpaid, on the current invoice so I will know about it . Often, I just missed the prior email, or forgot to pay. It would be helpful to me.

It is important that the name of the client be on the receipt and the reference number to the invoice. This info is needed for my auditors.
Invoices and receipts need to have information reflecting references between Important for my needs is not just my name on the receipt but the name of the student receiving services from the provider. I believe you have the invoice number listed which helps but my auditor looks for the student's name too.

Could you have an entry to put a tip for the movers?
Not many people carry cash and adding a tip for the movers would make it easy for client's to reward good service.

PayPal and Venmo
As we move deeper into the digital age, it would be wonderful if QB could link Venmo and PayPal as payment options. There are more and more Millennials and people of the younger generations who want to be able to "1-click" to pay invoices. Some people, including myself, don't even transfer their $ from Venmo or PayPal into their banks to spend it. They just use it as another account that holds money. It would be very progressive to offer this service as more and more people come of age in the digital age

Require the vendor to input what the invoice is for.
I often get QB invoices for just the company name i.e. "Joe Smith Photographer". It would be better if the vendor was required to enter "Photography services for advertising shoot" or whatever the services were for in a description. Even better, if they send a QB invoice and I the customer use QB, if that instantly integrated with QB so a month later my bookkeeper doesn't call me to ask "What is this invoice for?" SOoooo frustrating.

have a link to your payment system ON the Wilhite website
would like the ability to go to Wilhite website and view invoices and pay them directly through there, not calling the company, get an email with the invoice, and go to another website to pay it.

online invoice bank transfer not secure
I receive and email invoice with option to pay online. I click the pay invoice link and it brings me to a screen to enter my info without needing to sign in at all. I choose the option for bank transfer. It requires my name, routing and account info. I have this handy on a check. I click pay and it goes through. Great!
However, what is stopping someone from using my info to complete their quickbook online payments. If I write someone a check, they have this info and could use it. It did not ask me for any…
