Is it possible to be able to pay without a new link every month?
Instead of waiting for an email every month, could there just be a single site with an updated invoice each month?

Eliminate extra fees for online payments. Also, identify total balances due.
1) Offer on-line payment option of making ACH payment by one-time drafts from checking accounts; most vendors don't charge an extra fee for this way of payment.
2) Eliminate extra fees for online payments, at least for one-time ACH payment by drafts from checking.
3) Identify total balances due for an account, not just the amount due per invoice.

Pay more than invoice amouny
Allow customer to pay an additional/different amount to be held as a credit on their account.

notify payee if payment failure is due to them
I just had a few days where my payment was not accepted. i then asked the payee if there was a problem on their end. they checked, and it was -- they hadn't renewed the card on the receiving side. if my first failure had notified them, some time and annoyance would have been saved.

It's been wonderful
Being able to return to my email and add money on the interactive invoice has been wonderful. It helps me pay my bills with ease. The only other way you could add another option would be to make an option for automatic recurring payments on an existing invoice and be able to pick the dates the money comes out and how much. Essentially, putting a payment plan on autopilot.

I should be able to pay multiple invoices without having to sign in every time
right now I have to sign in and out and in again for each invoice. I should be able to access all outstanding invoices at the same time.

Remember my payment details when clicking the link from the email
Allow for recurring payments or save payment information (routing/ account) so if I click the link I don't have to re-enter.

Have an option for "pay more" for times when travel interferes with easy internet access
Add an option for pre-payments before travel etc of more than the invoice amount

Leave Apple Pay open for all payments
Keep Apple Pay open. If I forget to pay a bill, I’ll likely need to step away from what I’m doing to find checking/routing if it’s past the billing date.
Apple Pay or other needs to remain an option. I’ve forgotten several times to go back and pay an invoice due to this scenario

How can I access all invoices to pay full balance.
Need an option to click on balance and ability to pay more than current invoice.

When I log in to pay an invoice, all the outstanding invoices should be listed and payable for that supplier/contact
When I log in to Quickbooks Payments, all the invoices that are outstanding to any contact should be listed. When I click a Pay Invoice link from an email to pay an invoice, all the outstanding invoices should be listed and payable for that supplier/contact.
