Cancel payment option just in case you find out you’re overpaying for a product or service.
An “Are you sure?” Question should pop up after hitting the pay option to make sure that correct of amount of payment is being made.

"Pay Invoice" Button should stay "live" after making a payment
Was paying two bunches of past invoices. Unfortunately, the "Pay" button was no longer live after I made the first payment.

Use PayPal have to keep getting up and finding the car and I need to use!
PayPal should be an option! It already has my account numbers in it so I don’t have to get up and go look for the card of my choice. Thank you

Pay more than the original invoice amount
I'd like to be able to pay ahead on a quarterly invoice and am not able to enter an amount larger than the original invoice amount. Please make that amount flexible.

Provide the banking info once and then autopay set up - if I provide my banking info once I can simply do a one-click payment as opposed to getting my check book out each time.

Provide ACH ID
Provide ACH ID for billing entity so that the ACH transaction can be pre-approved at the bank. This reduces the risk of getting it caught in banking fraud filters.

Accuracy on the payment receipt
Invoice amount on the payment receipt does not show that I've already paid half.

Detailing Invoice
The invoices do not detail dates of service, or services rendered on each date. I have asked for this before and never got a response. Also, I pay my bills promptly, and it disturbs me that I always receive my invoices (by email) sometimes months after the fact, but ALWAYS after the due date, and I don't understand why. Also, because no services or dates of service appear on my invoices, I never know if I have a balance or if what I'm clears my balance. And I NEVER know exactly what I'm paying for.

Easy step to pay balance due from previous month.
When I pay the via the payment page on Invoice, it does not allow me to pay the balance due. I could not find a way (I may have missed it) the $20 balance from the previous amount. It only allowed me to pay the amount for $695 for this month.

allow for split payments to be made
Since i wasn't expecting such a large amount due after the holidays, I had to transfer money from one account to another in order to have the full amount. Where as if we are afforded to make split payments from multiple accounts that would help.
