On my iPhone 12 Pro Max I couldn’t see any form fields and kept trying to press the pay button with no feedback
The required fields are hidden on mobile, only the payment type selection and the pay button are visible but when you press the pay button nothing happens since the errors for the required fields are hidden from view

I have to jump to hoops to pay my invoice online. Link is hard to find. Add a link to pay directly from email.

Would be great to be able to add this invoice to MY quickbooks account by logging in.
When I receive a QB invoice, I'd love the ability to have it import it to my QB account.

Add buttons to change payment amount to 25%, 33%, 50% of total
...instead of having to use a calculator to figure out the downpayment requested by the vendor.

more detail on failure
Three attempts failed in paying the invoice with near non existent feedback on the mode of the failure. It would be helpful to the user to understand the nature of the failure. Bad card, can't talk to the server, payment portal suck, bad piece of information. Instead all information is wiped out and the user is told try again or not, maybe come back later.

Make it so the amount to be paid matches the amount due
I always have to look at the invoice and type in the actual amount due, which is always less than what I'm prompted to pay by default. For some reason the credits to my account on the invoice never are reflected on the landing page. Attached are the invoice and the screenshot showing the amount due = "new charges" not "total due".

I want to pay 2 or 3 monthly payments at once.
Invoice shows one of many ... would be nice to be able to pay 2 or 3 payments at one time, in advance even.

Have our outstanding balance as well as recent bill
The current system only shows the current bill. Can it also include any outstanding balance?

Paying via ACH (Checking Account)
Paying via ACH here could not be any easier. Very Quick and Straightforward. Don't Change Anything!!
