SEND INVOICE ON TIME
I'm stuck here paying extra late fees and it's getting annoying. Send me my invoice at an earlier date instead of a month later and then charge me late fees. The invoice for June 24th was the first time I got an invoice early and now I'm stuck paying for an invoice for may with late fees and an invoice for June with a late fee for may. It's BS if you ask me.

Option to Pay Account Balance vs. Invoice Amount
At the top you can edit amount to pay, however at the 'Pay" button, it only gives the Invoiced amount and you cannot change that. If you have a credit, you cannot adjust the Pay amount on the Green Tab.

pop up my saved bank account details automatically
had to type in manually my bank account details to be able to transfer money via ACH even though QB knows my bank details.

Allow an override of the amount
I like to make payments in whole dollars. If I could have changed the amount to pay, I would have rounded it up.

See above. Having to type in the field is not necessary when I have pated the account number the first time.

When I owe more than current invoice, let me adjust that number UP so I can catch up on my payment, including my arrears payment.
Your system only lets me pay my current month's payment--not my total that I owe from missed payments. When I try to adjust number UP above current invoice amount, your system does not let me do that. How will I ever catch up when I'm behind on my payments?

I thought I paid this invoice when I bought the new You Science assessments.
I thought I paid this invoice when I bought the assessments. Was I given the option to do this? I am never late and feel somewhat embarrassed that I missed notification of the bill. I am one of the original users of YouScience before you changed it's name.

Show all recent payments on invoice page.
My storage facility sends me invoices for multiple months at a time. I have to go back through records to check for mistakes. Showing all recent payments would help clear up if I made a mistake or the business sending the invoice.

Allow invoices and receipts from a vendor using QB to automatically show up in my QB.
My vendor uses QB and sent an invoice via email. I paid it via credit card through QB. It would be convenient to have the invoice and receipt get saved within my instance of QB rather than downloading it and uploading it.

Confirm Account Number Before Confirming Payment!
It’s 2021, all payment websites confirm numbers are entered correctly before confirming payment, except this one. I was charged a fee for transposing numbers incorrectly and I want my money back from the idiotic fee I was charged without even knowing I made a mistake! Pathetic!

Let me sign into my QuickBooks Online account and select an account to pay from.
Since you already have our account info, if I could just sign in and select an account to pay from, I wouldn't have to find the account info and enter it.

Allow for larger payments beyond the invoice amount
I wanted to pay $300 on my outstanding bill, but it only allows for the monthly amount of $75.72.

Explain codes, eg WE4, on the invoice
An explanation of the codes used on the invoice would obviate the need for a phone call to get an explanation.

Having access to all previous receipts for payments
I accidentally x'ed out before I could download the first receipt from my partial payment. I paid the final balance, but I couldn't find a way to download the other receipt from the initial payment.
