    This site is flagged by BitDefender that it is insecure due to a bad or invalid certificate. You should make sure that the site is secure so information does not get stolen!

  3. Have job address/info included on the Paid Invoice/Receipt.

    the Invoice shows the Job info, but the Paid Receipt does not show the Job info. It is VERY important to know what file the Paid Receipt is to go with.

  4. The invoice should reflect what the message from the vendor states - re options

    The invoice from Expat Tax Professionals stated two options, but the payment form did not. ETP stated that I could make a deposit toward tax filing services with the option of coverage for support if there is an IRS audit. There is no box to tick on the payment form saying that I wanted the former but not the latter. Why not?

  5. Bring back customization and features of old invoicing system.

    QB just switched over to a new invoicing template that has less features and customization options. They look unprofessional and are embarrassing to send to our clients. Support's response is basically, "Here's a link to where you can send your frustrations into a void to potentially have management assign this to our developers to fix." So here I am.

    If I try to revert back to the old design there is no way to remove the pay invoice button even after turning off online payments. I can take the invoice into acrobat and delete the button but a big reason…

  6. I entered pmt info, saw the login link, and logged in. When I got back to the pmt screen, all the data I'd entered were gone.

    Put the "log in" prompt AT THE TOP of the pmt screen.

  7. don't download the obfuscated filename invoice without warning

    When following the link to the payment page (firefox on macos), I get an indicator that a pdf (kquat4UC.pdf) has been downloaded. After logging in I get another download indication with a similar filename, which was my first hint that the file was actually from Intuit. As I just read about an iPhone expolit that starts with a maliciously crafted pdf, this was a bad experience.

  8. Allow people with disabilities to enter their account numbers

    The form for entering account information prevents assistive devices from completing the field that confirms account numbers. My assistive input device fails to enter data into that field (likely b/c you prevent paste) and I have to get another person to assist me in entering it. Please stop preventing those with disabilities from using the service.

    The downloaded receipt makes it appear that I have made a payment TO QuickBooks, not that I paid THROUGH QuickBooks. Allow your customers to edit their receipts showing the actual company paid larger than the other information.

  10. After entering the bank routing number, you should be able to auto populate another field with the name of the bank.

    Showing the name of the bank based on entered routing number just adds comfort for the consumer that the routing number is correct.

    the payment form said handmade $400. That's me. I applied for 1 spot(10X10). I make and sell extracts but no food. I sent pictures as I was asked. So, I feel there was/is an error in charging me $800 instead of $400.
