Allow for the recall of Routing Number and Account number data to minimize the hassle of having to look it up each time an invoice needs to be paid.

Consistency on form
I am paying multiple invoices one right after the other. When your form pops up and I have to choose which payment method to use, the credit card option is in a different location each time. This caused me to accidently check the wrong box on one payment.

Acct and routing input
It is a pain to add routing and acct info. Who has them memorized so you can put them in at the same time??? When you put one in and go back to look up the other it takes you back to the screen and you start over!

Message area included on payment
There needs to be somewhere where we can added a message or comments to the payment.

Receipt with invoice details
Once paid, I would like to be able to see the full invoice with the amount paid rather than just a payment receipt with no invoice details. I like to store the invoice details and receipts, but I'd rather just store one document than two.

Put the correct date of the due date for my current receipt.

Support pasting into payment page
It's extremely unfriendly to disable pasting into the Verify Bank Account Number field of your payment page. If I copy and paste that value, how it is better to force me to copy the number by hand, rather than paste it in?!?!?

Include description of item being charged
It would be helpful for the receipt to spell out what the charges are for. My receipt shows the amount and payee, but no description (in this case, payment for annual fee). I will need a second receipt with this information.Thank you.

Retain account info while creating an accout
After filling out payment info for an invoice and checking create an account, you should retain and fill in my payment info after I've created an account and returned to the invoice instead of making me retype it!

have an account where all invoices show so you can pay more then one at a time
Create a way to have a customer account for multiple invoice payments and stored payment information. So all invoices show so you can pay more then one at a time

Have Canadian postal codes as well as US Zip codes
Paid a US invoice with a US dollar credit card but a Canadian address. Don’t have a zip code to enter. Canadian postal code is “attached” to the card.

Show Paid on the invoice after the bill is paid.
Used to be able to print the invoice with Paid on it.

Reduce size of printed receipt.
Receipt prints across two pages, so I have to reduce in print screen each time. Uses too much toner and paper. Or is it just me?
