Can you have a box to click on that remembers my sign in info. I have an Odd password with you because you require an extra Icon besides numbers and letters. There fore I have a hard time remembering this particular pass word

it would be great if I could login to my own QB online account, pay an invoice and have it entered right into my register.

Add a memo line to add the job name that will show up on your bank feed so you can tell which job the payment is for when downloading your transactions into quickbooks.

Resolve the need to disable Extra Security at Bank of America to make this work
This is possibly more of an issue with Bank of America but to pay two invoices this way forced me to disable Extra Security on my Bank of America account (two factor authentication). And unfortunately, my primary two factor method, the Bank of America SafePass card (with timed 6 digit codes) is no longer allowed for a non-business account. So shame on BofA for that hassle, but because of trying to pay these invoices with my checking account, I have now lost the more secure SafePass support and am forced to use email/SMS as my two factor authorization at BofA…

Send a payment due reminder closer to due date, not a month in advance.
Send the payment due reminder 3-7 days before the due date. Don't send the payment reminder 30 days prior to the due date--this makes it too easy to forget, especially since the reminder shows up as a minor email. When you have a small business, emails like this easily get lost within the sea of hundreds of other emails that you receive.

NO ACCOUNT!!!!
In this world of having a million (or so) accounts with passwords, it would be infinitely easier to just pay, rather than having to pay with an account. now I have to keep track of it (account and password) for any future payments with this company.

Move the view and pay invpoice to the top of the email page or add a pay now button in a pdf style invoice
Move the view and pay invpoice to the top of the email page or add a pay now button in a pdf style invoice. Bring in any past due owed balances into the new invoice being sent. This confuse my customer when they get new monthly invoice and only pay the amount owed for that month because they dont realize they are past due when they get they get emaqil from QB

I love the current way - please don't change! I don't trust PayPal at all so I don't like that way of paying.
Please stay the same!

Don't change selected card ApplePay after starting bluetooth!
When I selected ApplePay and then the desired credit card from Apple Wallet, QB told me my iPhone wasn't available to authorize. Turns out BlueTooth was turned off. So when I turned BlueTooth on in the phone, QB switched from using the selected credit card back to my default card in Apple Wallet and I clicked OK without realizing it.
