Wow, transaction processed without a confirmation screen! Beware!
Processing a transaction without a transaction screen is a customer service no-no and and will raise eyebrows of state and federal regulators. Streamlining is good, but you have gone too far by removing it. Think of how Amazon processes shopping cart payments. Good example. Two chances to correct errors before you take the money.

Ability to pay discounted amount that's being offered if paid before a certain date.
I was offered a discount of $.10 per gallon if paid by 8-27-19 which would have been $253.89. There was no option to put in this amount to pay. therefore I forfieted the discount of $9.10 and had to pay the full amount of $262.99. Disappointed. Can I get this credit applied to my next bill?

cant pay with a MAC product. In this day and age should be capable to do that.

Make it so I can pay with a card instead of giving out my account info. Too much fraud nowadays and major hacks of large corporations.
Make it so I can pay with a card instead of giving out my account info. Too many major corporations getting hacked and result is consumer private info is compromised. I'd rather have my card number out there than account number.

Include the name of the person who made the payment.
The name of the person who made the payment should be included on the downloaded printout. (for reimbursement purposes)
