  2. Much harder to chx credit card for autopay than other other portals. Can that be improved?

    Provide a very visible one-click access link to a spot to change payment method and credit card for autopay. I've had great difficulty finding such a place. My exp date and CVV code need updating and I haven't been able to do so.

    It’s hard to read credit cards and it takes effort- just accept PayPal so we can quickly pay without all the hassle

  4. Give the customer the option to pay with credit card/ debit card or Bank transfer but charge them the fee 3% for card & 1% for bank Why us?

    Give the customer the option to pay with credit card/ debit card or Bank transfer. And they pay the fee. Thats what all other companies do. We are just charging them that on top anyway. Give the customer the power and control of how they want to pay. It sucks that we have to just tell them that quickbooks is *** backwards and we have to charge extra 1% for bank and 3% for card because for some reason we have to choose it for you before we bill you. Who thought of this? Obviously not a business owner????

    I'd like to be able to pay my bill corresponding with my payday, and that is before the invoice is available.

  6. Pay multiple bills to one vendor on one ACH

    BillPay now offers payments to vendors by ACH, but separate ACH payments must be made for each bill even to a single vendor. It is critical to be able to send one ACH paying multiple bills.

  9. accept payment via PayPal for all imported invoices

    When importing customer invoices in batch form from Excel the payment method does not allow PayPal as an automatic method, instead you have to manually open each invoice and 'tick' accept paypal then save.
    Why can PayPal not be a global payment method for ALL customers?

  12. How about putting a $100 option on the payment amount button. I want my 20 back!

    This is set up default $120 with no option to change to $100. This is wrong.

  15. Set payment options on invoice imports

    When creating a manual invoice, the payment options populates automatically, but if I Import invoices, I would have to go into each invoice, edit, and then manually allow the payment options one by one even though my company settings is already set up to allow the different payment options. This process is not practical when I need to manually edit 150+ invoices every time I bill.

  17. Have this available for ALL invoices, not just winterization

    Have online payments available for ALL invoices, not just winterization. I HATE writing checks and I don't do venmo or those other things they use. I would use this though.

  19. I want this payment to be automatic every month without my approval!!!!!!!!!

    Why cant this be charged to my credit card every month without my having to approve it each month. Defeats the purpose of automatic payment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
