Bank's "Bill Pay" option.
Allow me to pay my invoice through my bank's Bill Pay option. That way I do not need to re-enter both my routing and account numbers each month.. From there, I can schedule a date for payment and not have to keep my invoice in the "inbox" until paid.

Allow the initial invoice to pay either the total amount or the 50% deposit

Stop charging homeowners who are 75+ and have been in the community for 35+ years.
People who are 75+ and who have been in the community for 35+ years should be exempt from paying further DOH dues. Most people in this category are probably living on Social Security payments and have a harder time paying the dues than those who are currently working. I guess you could call it a "Senior Citizen" exemption from the DOH.
