3. Please provide a credit card receipt when we take/apply payments for our customerss

   When our customers pay with credit card through the link on their invoice they receive a credit card receipt. However, some customers send us their CC information and want us to process the payment. When we process the payment ourselves we have only a paid invoice as a receipt and do not receive an actual credit card receipt. Is there something that we are not doing correctly or is there not an option to receive a credit card receipt unless process through the link on the invoice itself?

5. I could not pay with my costco citibank card. It requires a full address and your site will not allow me to enter and address.

   add a spot to enter an address so you can get payment from Costco Citibank cards.

17. provide better/live support for payments that have errors

    got an error on two different cards. error is vague and unhelpful.
    "Error you can try again, or come back later and try connecting then". and clearly there's no problems with the two cards I tried. why isn't there live support?
