Allow entry of 'LUCK' when given chance at 20% off for surgery
No place to get 20% discount offered. What kind of deal is that?

Offer Credit Card payment or Venmo, Paypal or Zelle
You need to offer credit card payments or Venmo, Paypal or Zelle. Most credit cards offer bonus cash back, so it would be nice to be able to pay this way and earn extra money.

Properly Streamline Payment Process
Do not have customers complete all pertinent payment info, THEN ask for a sign in, THEN require reentry of payment info. That happened to me three times. Just make sure the sign-in is required first, and make sure customers know it's the Intuit sign-in and not the vendor's sign-in we are completing.
Also putting a label of "Subject" in the top box above would be useful. With the question above it, a reader's default is to answer the question in the top box.

QR Code
Will be good if there is a way we can add a QR Code to our invoices. Just a picture of a QR Code will do actually. So our customers can scan on the QR Code with their mobile phones and make payment.

Make CREDIT the default, please! I just lost quite a bit in rewards by clicking before I realized that debit was the default. :(

Do not require a five digit US Zip Code for Credit cards
Make it possible to use my local credit card; even my US cards have a POSTAL code that you won't accept. If I hadn't used you before, there's no way I would have authorised an incoming ACH. Also, maybe allow Zelle or something modern

Accept paypal or use a hosted order page for payment
Accept paypal or use a payment gateway like Cybersource that allows you to use a hosted order page for the customers to enter their financial data. Typically customers should never enter payment into the merchant's system as that is the weakest link in the payment chain, security-wise. Unless you can prove to me that
quickbooks invoice payment is SAQ A PCI compliant already. And since I've never heard that it is and you guys aren't bragging about it, I'm guessing Quickbooks is not SAQ A PCI compliant.1 vote -
In order to reduce hacking, collect the credit card info on more than one page (at least 2).
The credit card number, expry date, CDV, and cardholder name should not be entered on the same page to make hacking credit card info safer by making the information on the card harder to match to each other and therefore harder to steal.
