You need to remove the credit card fee. Its going to cost you customers.
Take off fees for the customer. You use this as tax deduction anyway..Legally you need to have a pay cash option. You don't offer it.

Make payment easier
I always seem to have to enter all of my banking information two times. Second time seems to happen after I "log in". It seems useless to bother to log in and starts my process all over again.

revising own invoice
give the customer/member the ability to remove 'extra' or not required(non-dues) charges if they are not able, ready, or willing to commit to a future cause or event. will save AAN staff from revising and resending a new invoice

Integrate with Mercury
For companies that already have an integration between Mercury and Quickbooks, allow to pay from the bank, and book the invoice/payment.

Having the facility to be able to split payments between different forms of payment would be a great help.
Split payments between different forms of payment, e.g. two or more different credit or debit cards. Would facilitate co-payments between partners. Or a gift certificate/coupon and a credit/debit card.

Name of business receiving payment should match business name on credit card statement.
We were dealing with massive credit card fraud and had to go through every purchase on our credit card statement for several months. The name of the business we were working with was different on our statement, so we reported it as fraudulent. We quickly resolved the error with our bank, but QuickBooks froze all transactions for the business. QuickBooks made this transaction incredibly frustrating.

Give payers a brief (30s - 5min) grace period to cancel or undo or change credit card payment
I use a password manager to also fill in forms, including credit card numbers. I accidentally selected the wrong credit card from the list and hit to submit the payment. In less than 1 second after hitting Submit, before the screen had even changed, I realized, but there was literally no way to stop it. I needed to contact the seller and ask them to refund the payment and reissue the invoice. A hassle for everyone. The reason I like to make a payment by using a credit card is because I need a cashback bonus rather than using my checking acct!

The system currently forces a fee on me for using a credit card even if I use my bank account, this does not seem right.
Stop charging fees for options I do not want, i.e. charging a credit card fee, when I use my bank account.

Give your users an AUTOPAY! It's 2024. How many times do your customers need to beg for that?
AUTOPAY! Do I need to explain what that means? Hire a UX designer if you don't have one yet. And if you do, then listen to them and give users what they are asking for.

Payment using bank transfer will not go through
I have paid Intuit invoices from Caregivers of the Lehigh Valley in the past using the bank transfer method with no problems. But when I try to pay invoices to Bluespring Agency using the bank transfer method they will not go through. This is an ongoing problem. I have two bank accounts to pay invoices with but neither one will go through for Bluespring Agency. This is a royal pain in the a$$. You can start by sending out invoices on time! Why am I being charge a late fee.
It seems as if QuickBooks is charging customers a late fee. Be that as it may, if a customer is late, they never send invoices on time. I'm going to seek legal action against QuickBooks.

Offer an option to avoid fees! $24.50 in fees alone every payment is crazy. Almost $100 extra in fees alone!
