Your form should make it much more clear that the user is choosing between "debit card" and "credit card." It marked "debit," not "credit."
Your form should make it much more clear that the user is choosing between "debit card" and "credit card." I inadvertently got my transaction marked as "debit," not "credit." This may interfere with my payment to a vendor, since I actually entered a credit card.

Agree. Dont show payment fields until user explicitly selects between debit, credit, and bank
