You messaging is not clear. I have an account with you myself and my customers don't get that they can click on the "view invoice" button to make a payment.

It should say something other than "view invoice."

It should say "print invoice or make a payment." Something like that. View is not the action that your Quickbooks customers want taken, they want payment.

As a call to action, this email is horrible and it doesn't work for your customers.

If you won't change it, at least make it so that your customers can change it. I would love for it to say "make payment" but I'm told that it can't be edited.
