I would like to see my invoices and all paid invoices online. Sometimes I don’t receive an invoice and the outstanding amount is included on the next invoice. I would like to be able to track all payments.

We need this and it should be a no brainer!

This really is a necessity. I've had to re-write our email template to account for the fact that the customer is still unable to just pay the balance on the statement. I then have to go into each customer's account to select past due or partially paid invoices and resend them with the statement. I have to go through over 1,000 customers to do this on the 1st of every month. It takes my undivided attention to do this and takes more than half a day. Then, by sending them in bulk like that to one email address, they won't all be received on the customer's end because some accounts believe them to be spam. It's absurd. PLEASE FIX THIS.

It is ridiculous that my clients aren't able to pay all their outstanding invoices in one link! I cannot tell you how embarrassed to tell them that our platform, Quickbooks, does not allow a simple Pay Now link in their statement email to allow them to pay for all their outstanding invoices. I also cannot tell you how much time I've wasted having to resend each and every outstanding invoice or even going in and creating a NEW invoice with the total amount only to have to remember to delete that one after I've sent it. Tell me now that you have fixed this. I see that I am not the only one!!!

This is a little behind I would say. I am sure there are many businesses, like mine, where customers run up several invoices per month and pay them all off at once. 90% of my customers want to do exactly that, none of my repeat customers want to pay individual invoices.

This is needed. Having clients pay multiple invoices is burdensome and makes them not want to use the "pay now" feature

I need the ability for a customer to pay multiple invoices online at one time. They currently have to pay each one separately or overpay on one. When they overpay I have to go in and apply the credit. I'd really prefer they be able to see/pay other open invoices in one transaction.

Is there any way I can pull up a statement of open items online? In addition, may I have an online/ACH payment option before an invoice becomes overdue? I would pay all invoices electronically if I could to this.

We need to be able to pay multiple invoices at one time via ACH. It is ridiculous that you can only pay one invoice at a time.

This was requested in 2017, why isn't it implemented?!?!?!?!?!

Please add this ability ASAP. It is really inconceivable that you have not added it yet. Our customers often have multiple invoices. What a hassle for them to have to pay each one individually. Make a payment option on the statement.

This would encourage me to have my vendors use Quicken invoices. I can see this easily when I pay vendors through Venmo or Paypal, making my record keeping easier as the customer.
