Have a more professional receipt.
Add the logo to the receipt. Make it look professional. This is also helpful in case we apply for reimbursement.

Give me a receipt that I can save. I don't want to print the damn thing. And how about giving me an invoice that reflects my prior payment
Give me an invoice in the form I can save it. Or better yet, give me an invoice that reflects my prior payment so I can verify easily I'm not being double charged.

Have consistent user experience in completing similar fields
Be consistent with the entry of data types. Some fields (expiration date) are formatted to be only numbers keyboard display, while others (e.g. zip code) are alphanumeric keyboard display. Makes for a different user expierience when entering similar data points on a phone.

Stop automatically importing the bank account and routing numbers of open QBO client.
If I have one client open in QBO and another client calls to request payment of an invoice that has been emailed to me from a vendor using QB payments the invoice imports the first client's bank information. This happened once and I paid the invoice with the wrong client's bank account.
If you don't change that, at least create a better way to either retrieve the erroneous payment or adjust it in QBO without creating a new customer or new sale.

SEND ME AN EMAIL WITH MY INVOICE
simply email me my invoice. ive never been sent an invoice from you guys. automatic payment is not an option anymore apparently. You guys took me off automatic payment, shut down your website, and then never emailed me invoices. How on EARTH am I supposed to pay, especially on time? Im begging for your help. Literally begging. Please, send me answers on how to pay. Please.

I should be able to edit saved payment methods. Sometimes account particulars change and it should allow to edit those particulars.

Sign in easier
It would be great to have an option to save my sign in info. Having to type in my email & password each time is a pain!!!
