  1. Move pay now button to be visible in emails.

    The current manifestation of the email sent with an invoice has the pay now button off screen in the email. Allow modification of the template so that the button is visible when the customer receives it.

  6. Please allow the client to pay an amount either at the listed price or above; not between 0 and the billed amount.

    Apparently, this seems to be a continued issue that others have already suggested... Why are you dragging your feet with complying what these customers, myself included, are requesting?

    Or is this 'suggestion box' only an ploy on your behalf?

    allow us to access and edit/correct our information that the vendor has wrong (name, address, etc). Make this system interactive. Link our info to vendor's if we want.

  13. Invoice date and due dates on the invoice differe only in hours not even a day. People need few days in beteween. minimum seven to 10 days.

    We received the invoice via email 9:42 pm on April 30, and the due date on the invoice is May 1. few hours difference. This is far from normal.

  14. Since you make us put work orders through the app, why doesn't the app have a pay button? If it does make it easier to find.

    Tried calling 2 different numbers multiple times. Left multiple messages and never had a return phone call. Scheduling goes through the app only, why do you make it so hard to pay. If thee is a pay button, I could not find it on my IPhone. Sorry, we would have had this bill payed over 3 weeks ago had we received a return call or been able to pay through the app, very frustrating.

  16. Greetings! I received an online invoice through your portal, and received a warning from BitDefender that it was a suspicious site.

    While making an online payment through my bank, I received a "suspicious web site" message and the following notice of an unmatching certificate: "Your connection to this web page is not safe due to an unmatching security certificate.
    This means that the certificate was issued for a different web address than the one it is being used for, and you run the risk of exposing your data by accessing this page."

  17. Initial email link unsecured/http

    The link I received by email was for http://links.notification.intuit.com/ls/click?<redacted> rather than a proper HTTPS link, and adding https manually got me an invalid SSL certificate. This is bad.

  20. Either allow tips to be added when paying the *initial* invoice, or automatically take the payer back to the (promised) Tip Menu.
