  2. if you offer the option of paying 50% down, that option should be available online

  3. Be able to change the invoice amount. Twice the amount that was submitted was wrong and I was not able to change it.

  5. Allow customer to edit amount being pad vs. autopopulate so full balance can be paid

    My vendor invoice shows my full balance due, but I can only pay the "new charges" when I click to pay the invoice. I should be able to edit the amount being paid so I can pay my full balance.

  6. make it part of quickbooks online and not a third party

    it shouldn't require a third party to pay invoices. you offer it to the desktop version.

    In Australia there are only four digits.
    So I used the US TV show zip code of 90210 and it worked
    please think outside of US for Foreign customers in relation to zip codes.

  18. Place "paid" elsewhere on bill, not covering diagnosis code or other wording on bill.

    When submitting paid bill to insurance for example, the paid stamp covers important information that the insurance company must see. As a result claim gets rejected. Please move paid sticker to an area that has no writing .

  19. Allow customers to increase amount paid. I can only pay current month.
