Allow credit card payments. I like to get the miles, and am willing to pay a markup to cover processing costs.
Willing to pay a fee to use a credit card. When I seen this much, I want to get some airline miles!

No changes needed. This is so easy and simple to understand. Keep it just the way it is.
Not a new idea. Just wanted to express how easy and simple your method already is. Please don’t change a thing.

Have 24/7 support for fixing password issues as the system in place now doesn't work 100% of the time. People are paying their rent ya know.

Allow Invoice to be marked as 'sent'
Allow users to mark an invoice as sent, when you do not want to use the built in 'send invoice' feature.
Essentially, just let me manually set the 'invoice sent' flag, and possibly enter a comment for how it was sent.

I have ordered in the past. If I didn't pay the shipping why didn't it tell me instead of me having to email to ask about shipment?
The order should alert you if the shipping wasn't included. I've ordered in the past with no problem. Might be a glitch in the process.

Evidently I set up an account in the past but in not knowing if and password I used it won't let me update it create another account now.
Why, why, why can't I update or even create a new account??? I don't even remember setting up an account but it must have been years ago because I can't come up with the original I'd or password
- who knows which one is wrong... I have to hand enter all my banking info each month to pay a bill. This allows for possible errors not to mention the inconvenience. Have NEVER experienced this type of problem before trying to re-establish a log-in. Unfriendly and irritating. And apparently no one monitors these ideas because I see the very same problem…1 vote
