  1. State on invoice that installation passed final inspection

    The installation crew did a great job. The contract states that payment is due once installation passes final inspection. We assumed that final inspection is performed by either Highland City or Rocky Mtn. Power. We were expecting to see someone inspecting. It would have been helpful if the invoice stated that installation was complete and passed final inspection.

  3. Give the option of scheduling our payment for a later date.

    I didn't see a way to schedule a payment for a future date, such as on the 1st of the month.

  6. Leave a area for notes or a message

    Leave a little area for notes or messages. For example when paying rent it would help if I could leave a note saying the address, name and month the rent is for.

  17. There was NO chance to check out with paying half the invoice.

    First; make it clear what company the invoice is from, then when writhing The First time... don't say you haven't paid this yet...

    Next : The instuctions said I could pay half remaining. that is alllllll I should be paying until job is done.
    There was NO choice to change the final bill to half. as instructions had said I could.

  20. Keep account payment information so you don't have to reenter each time

    Have a sign in that secures our payment info so it remains accessable rather than having to be reentered each time.
