Would be very helpful to display a history of paid invoices when logged into the QuickBooks invoice payment portal.
It would be very helpful to display a history of paid invoices when logged into the QuickBooks invoice payment portal. Sometimes a question comes up whether a personal vendor invoice has been paid, and getting the list from QuickBooks seems like a logical way to answer this question. After logging onto the QuickBooks payment portal with one of the vendor's invoices, it would be very beneficial to view past invoices from that vendor and date each invoice was paid.

Automatic draft and or being able to pay in advance
This email sometimes gets lost in my 100's of emails so being able to pay ahead would be great or even an automatic draft. Anoher thing is being able o search emails for High Performance would be nice This shows up no as high performance, Comes from a different address so its a battle for me to find it to get it paid

Not everybody understands what all these stupid abbreviations mean. In your case it's the request for...what is it?...CVC code? The 3 digit security code on the back of the credit card. Do not assume everyone knows what that means. I didn't at first and there were no explanations and old people get pissy when the IT morons start assuming everybody is up to speed.

It would be nice if we could add a tip to the amount submitted for payment.
There was no place on the invoice where I could add a Christmas tip.

Company link for c
A company link should be available for customers to pay their own bill. The last 2 months I’ve had to wait on

Tell me its late before it goes so long (and generates a fee).
Best practice would be to remind before it goes so ling and generates a fee. Reminding just after you collect a late fee seems a bit disingenuous. How about reminding before the fee.

Please put the payment date on the receipt.
In order to keep track of payments, put the date paid on the receipt.
