YTD RECEIPTS
PLEASE MAKE A YEAR TO DATE INVOICE AVAILABLE (LIKE BRIGHTWHEEL DOES) SO THAT IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO PRINT OUT A RECIEPT WITH EVERY PAYMENT TO THE SAME VENDOR

access to past invoices, annual summary
Do not see way to access and download past invoices. Would like to be able to see and download past invoices and annual statement. Please let me know if possible.

Date stamp receipt files
Put the due date of the invoice in the filename of receipts, e.g. "receipt 20190906.pdf" for invoice due on September 6 2019. Then receipt files will be stored in numerical order by due date, making tracking of receipts easier for customers.

Legal Name!!!
You won't allow me to enter my LEGAL NAME - Jo-Ann Belanger. Why?? My first name has a dash / hyphen in it and my last name you have 1,000% WRONG. Belanger and Boulanger are NOT interchangeable!

Paying using iPad or iPhone
Unable to make payment using IPhone and iPad while on WiFi. It would be easier if this were possible.

We transport Freight which means we make payment while on the move this option would make the process much easier perform from the cab of a truck

My only complaint is how difficult it is to establish a password. It keep rejecting my ideas.
Your password set up is a Pain in the neck Why can't we decide what password works for us. This is NOT Fort Knox.

I should be able to pay my invoice minimum OR MORE if I do so choose
At the option of paying my invoice minimum, I should be allowed to pay MORE, if I do so choose!!!

receipt should include name of child, period payment is for, amount paid, what it's for "preschool", name of organization, and today's date

See all invoices received. Color code if paid or not.
Would be nice to be able to pull up all invoices received. Invoice # in green has been paid. Invoice # in red needs to be paid.

You used to provide a paid invoice immediately after paying, I no longer have that option.
Go back to providing paid invoices
