3. Please show the date of service on the invoice. All it shows now is due date and date paid.

   Please show the date of service on an invoice. Currently all I see is the date it is due and the date I pay. For my records, I would like to see what date of service I am paying for.

4. Access past invoices

   Since I've created an account, I'd expect to be able to access any of the invoices I've paid in the past. There are no links to anything once I've paid my invoice.

8. Automatic Invoicing/Late fee for unpaid invoices

   Invoicing/Late fees are part clients not paying. It would be great if we could set up a flat invoice fee or add a % when an invoice is not paid in a predetermined time-frame.

12. Customer service for payers

    There's no way for payers to get customer service in the event something goes wrong. I had a payment go to the wrong bank and it took several weeks to get it sorted out. I had to rely on my payee to contact Intuit to figure out where my money went.

15. Provide details about what the invoice is for

    I hate getting an invoice with just an amount and who I'm paying it to. I want to know exactly what I'm paying for. Is it for a specific competition fee? Is it for uniforms? It's very frustrating to just blindly pay a bill without even knowing what I'm paying for.

    Secure card info when entered into any online form to make a payment by blocking out the card info. Prevent exposing the card info. Also install a stronger SSL certificate.
