Improve security

I would feel more comfortable if payments could be made with more security. For example the added security where a code gets send to the app that is linked to the credit card or where with the same app you have to scan a qr-code.
Also, I did not like that I had to click on a link in an email to pay the invoice; I would have preferred to do it upon booking the course online at that very moment.

Transaction id available
Also have the transaction id available to be copied without having to go to the receipt to get it.

There is no log off on the page that says "Paid" so that means this is not entirely secure from hackers.
There should be a "log off" tab on the web page that is there after the invoice is paid and the consumer can log off otherwise this site is subject to hackers

The check capture feature did not work for me.
Provide prompts when using the card capture feature.

Clients should be able to see their payment history
Clients should be able to access their payment history for the vendor from the payment screen. My vendor provides services every two weeks but bills at irregular intervals. Payment history would allow me to determine easily and quickly that I am not being double billed.

Please be sure that I get my invoice
Since you switched to this system I have to call customer service and request an invoice every month. It is inconvenient to have to do this just to be able to pay my bill.

More efficient invoice receipts combine paid receipt info to invoice
Make paid receipts more efficient. Show invoice with all info . Then when paid add all payment info that is on receipt as well as showing PAID across it . So basically combining 2 sheets of info into one . And make a pdf

Automatically upload receipts after paying through QB
When I'm logged in and pay an invoice to someone else using QB, why not automatically upload the invoice and payment receipt?

After you pay there is no back or home. How do i know that i'm logged out once i pay an invoice?
The screen after you pay doesnt help the user acknowledge if they are logged out or how to leave the screen.

Put an actual transaction number on it instead of “UNDEFINED” and don’t leave the payment method blank!
This is not a very official looking receipt without a transaction number and with the payment method left blank!

Do not put a trailing space after verification code
Do not put a trailing space after the verification code. When I ask for a verification code to be sent by email, the email reads like:
Verification code:
123456I copy the code from the email into the verification window and it fails. There is a trailing space after the verification code. So, it fails because the pasted text includes the space. Do not put a space after the last digit. Thanks!
