Multiple Comments - Some old & some new
My comments/suggestions include repeat ideas and some new ones:
1) Pay via PayPal;
2) Email receipts;
3) Notifications of invoices to pay via email or text;
4) Options to pay on specified date & ability to make partial payments;
5) Receipts should print on 1 pg or at least give you the choice of formatting to 1 page;
6) What was the purpose of logging in if I am not receiving notifications, confirmations, etc.1 vote -

Create different log in separate from my tax account
I use Intuit tax software and am not comfortable using that login to pay a bill on QuickBooks.
It would be nice to have a separate account for any bills that use QuickBooks

Make sure that the downloaded receipt show the correct invoice & transaction ids
Both Invoice no and Transaction no are listed as "undefined" in the receipt that I downloaded through your link, yet they're listed correctly on the website.

One Touch Pay via email or Text option
One Touch pay where your default account is already set up and you simply click pay now. This can be sent via email or text. For those that don't like auto-pay this would be a convenient and easy option.

QuickBooks: read your idea list!
QuickBooks, for years people have suggested the SAME ideas over and over through this form. It looks almost idiotic like you never read these suggestions. How about implementing things like when we log in we can see a list of all the invoices we have paid in the past, and like allowing autopayment to be set up for invoices sent to the same email address from the same sender. Suggested OVER and OVER again, among others.
