  1. HoA invoice email should mention the due date in the long email. Perhaps in the subject.

    HoA invoice email body or the preferably the subject should mention due date. It is very fundamental that you send invoice email with due date clearly mentioned.

    Currently the long invoice email doesn’t mention due date including the pdf attachment. Every time I look for the due dat but don’t find it.

    The email is full of information including Notice of section 737 of Title 11 but do not mention due date of the bill/invoice which is very ironic and can be used against the management in the court of law.

  2. You send a reciept for payment to my email. When that email is printed, it prints out on two sheets. Why not just one?

    There cannot be any good reason it takes two sheets to print an email receipt. I like the big print, especially veiwing on my phone. Even then, there is enough wasted space to get it to print out on one sheet.

  7. Send a reminder invoice. I had completely forgot about this or I would of paid it awhile ago.

    Send a reminder email when the ring is almost ready so we can pay the invoice.

  8. make the pay button look like a pay button

    The pay button does not look like a pay button. It looks like an instruction to the person, saying "Please review this invoice and send in payment."

    Clarify by saying something like "Click here to Review and Pay," or make the edges of the button curved, like every other button ever.

  10. Put invoice number on card payment page as well as patient name and send invoice directly to me who will pay the bills.

    Since i will be paying the bills for his treatments. Just send the invoice directly to me and show patients name as well on the payment page that requires my credit card info , but does not
    ask for my residence address. Perhaps the address is not
    required . Without the invoice number on the payment page, , I just wonder how you will connect my payment with the invoice.

  16. Include name of company

    Make it easy to search online for invoice by including name of billing company in email subject line. I can never find the invoice by searching my emails for the name of the company, and I can never remember to search for "quickbooks". Thanks.

  20. Payer's email address.

    Your system should include an address field to use to return payment confirmation to the payer. In my case, I am a Fiscal Officer at a public university and need to ensure that I get sufficient documentation of the payment made. While it is nice that I can immediately download a receipt, there are times when I have experienced issues and have not been able to do so. In fact, I had to try that a second time as the system hung up and would not populate the receipt on screen.
