I would really appreciate the address on the invoice.
I didn't realize I hadn't paid for an invoice (and can't find it in my email). I have a lot of listings - and it is not helpful to have the date without the address. It would be VERY helpful if you included the property address somewhere on the invoice. That is how Realtors catagorize everything. It is difficult to work without it.

Allow me to deduct the 2.8% fee that I wasn't supposed to pay.
I should not have had to pay the 2.8% fee, but your website did not allow me to deduct it. So now I'm out $279.84. Not impressed.

Show multiple invoices when I log in
My kids' volleyball club sends me two separate invoices to pay each month. I have to go in thru the email link and sign in for each one. It's frustrating that they both don't show up under my "account" when I sign in. You should be able to see multiple invoices to the same person once you sign in.

Tell me its late before it goes so long (and generates a fee).
Best practice would be to remind before it goes so ling and generates a fee. Reminding just after you collect a late fee seems a bit disingenuous. How about reminding before the fee.

don't charge a fee for paying directly from a Checking account
why do you charge a vendor for a bill being paid by checking account? I can understand a fee for credit processing.

Allow User Option to “Overpay”
Allow user ability to pay over the previous Balance Requested, to account for things such as a late payment or interest accrued not previously on outdated statement/balance.

I NEVER GOT A BILL FOR A PHARMACEUTICAL I ABSOLUTELY NEED. PAID $40 FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND NOTHING CAME UNTIL THE SELLER SENT ME A LINK TO PAY.
