Add a confirmation amount "pop up" notification to confirm that the sender wants to send the correct amount. Right now there is none. I accidentally sent more then I intended to once.

If you make a mistake with a credit card number, you can not just change 1 number
The behavior is very strange if you try to correct 1 number in a credit card number. The new number gets added at the end of the credit cad number.

Have our payment method saved with information so we can just click ok to pay.
The payment method we use should be saved for future and continuing use. We should just be able to click pay now and the payment go through without having to fill everything out again

Allow for annual vs. monthly payments
The company I'm paying offers a one month discount if you pay annually. Add a way for them to show me the option to pay annually if I want to so that I can get the annual pre-pay discount. All I can pay right now is the monthly amount.

Allow past invoices to be accessible.
It would be nice to be able to access past invoices. For instance, I've had an overdue balance for months and can only pay the current invoice and cannot find where the past invoice is that is overdue.

SEND INVOICE ON TIME
I'm stuck here paying extra late fees and it's getting annoying. Send me my invoice at an earlier date instead of a month later and then charge me late fees. The invoice for June 24th was the first time I got an invoice early and now I'm stuck paying for an invoice for may with late fees and an invoice for June with a late fee for may. It's BS if you ask me.

Let me sign into my QuickBooks Online account and select an account to pay from.
Since you already have our account info, if I could just sign in and select an account to pay from, I wouldn't have to find the account info and enter it.

I'd like to pay from my credit union, but there is no account #
I'd like an account #, so I can pay from my credit union online at the same time I pay other bills. That way, I also don't have to accept your terms.

it would be great if I could pay multiple invoices at once.
I would like to receive a statment from the customer and then go ahed and pay the amount right from the statment. otherwise I have to log on and pay each invoice

You provide a button to print a receipt, but in at least one instance the result of clicking was an HTTP 431 error

offer a extra line for early pay discount.
Add a payment reduction option for those who pay early and take anticipation discount of 2% or 4% or 6%

Cancel payment option just in case you find out you’re overpaying for a product or service.
An “Are you sure?” Question should pop up after hitting the pay option to make sure that correct of amount of payment is being made.
