Automatically attach invoices to a transaction that I've paid with my Quickbooks account.
My coffee roaster sends me invoices through his QB account and I pay with my QB account. Please have a way to automatically attach the invoice to the transaction so I don't have to manually do it every week.

Put the vendor my name and date paid into the name of the PDF receipts and invoices

Provide a link back to invoice after a partial payment so that I can make another payment on same invoice.
After making a partial payment in quickbooks payment workflow, I get the option to download receipt or download the invoice but It would be helpful If I would have a link back to the invoice so that I could make another payment on the same invoice I just partially paid.

My invoice was going to my Spam Folder, So I wasn’t aware I had an invoice until I just happen to look in it. Please verify CX email
Please make sure CX emails are verified in your email is not going into the Spam folder. Make sure the CX tag your invoice email as not Spam.

I would love to see balances owed
I would love to see balances owed when I go to pay an invoice through QB and be able to pay those as I feel.

your billings do not allow the option of paying an outstanding balance and only processes the current invoice.

Chrome shows insecure.
Concerned about the Intuit invoice portal as through Chrome it shows insecure. It gives a hacker alert through Chrome when I go to pay my invoice. I used Edge instead where it does not show that alert but that does not mean that the portal is not still vulnerable to attack. Cyber-attacks continue to rise and everyone in and related to the payment processing world needs to step up the security, so we all do not get hacked using the portal.

When paying a partial amount, give me an immediate way to pay again.
You allow partial payment, which is awesome. It's not immediately clear how to do it, which could be improved.
However, once a partial payment is made, immediately give me an option to pay more with a different payment type.2 votes -

auto pay!!!! I've left 4 messages on this, and you don't call me back.
Your customers deserve a break from late fees. Some of us have 20-year-old email accounts. When all bills are on autopay, it's hard to remember yours.

To be able to pay multiple invoices at once. I have multiple accounts and doing one at a time takes a lot of time.
To be able to pay multiple invoices at one time instead of having to do pay individually. I have multiple accounts and limited transactions on my credit card which makes it hard to keep account current.

Populate and send a new invoice with the remaining balance when final payment is due rather than searching for an old invoice.

Ever since I got a new checking account, I've had to try multiple times over multiple days to pay my rent. I keep getting an error message
Why does my new checking account information not work to pay my rent. It's been 4 months of multiple tries over multiple days to get my payment to go through. I put in my new banking information, set as my permanent information. I keep getting an error statement to try again, or come back later to make a payment. What is the deal?

Set up the bank login integration to pay with account
There are existing integrations that are secure ways of logging in to pay with your bank account. It's much faster and easier than having to type all your routing and account numbers for bank transaction.

Automate Collaboration of QB Users to Dashboard for Invoice & Receipt Payments
All, Invoice & Receipts for QB users should automatically appear on their dashboard. For example, I use QB and my supplier uses QB. When I pay my invoice QB should auto upload receipt and invoice to my dashboard. Also, option to allow save for bank records.
