Include past due invoices w/inv number on current bill.
Put outstanding invoices along with their numbers on most current bills. Searching through email is not always efficient. I thought I was caught up because I searched my email for them. But when there a many emails it makes it time consuming and difficult to pinpoint which one(s) is outstanding. This would help keep bills organized more efficiently.

I suggest WB Accounts should provide separate portal for Clients to enable them to see pending invoices, pay online....
It will be a good idea to provide a separate Portal for Clients (Resellers, etc) so that they can log in at any time to see pending invoices, payments made, etc and then be able to MAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS by credit cards. This way Walboard will be able to receive payments promptly. Portal should also enable clients to ask questions if an invoice needs to be corrected, etc.

On the invoice, where the link is to PAY ONLINE, make a statement that says “ no fee”.

See a log all invoices that I owe from different vendors
I think it would be great if I as a company/entity, could see all invoices sent to me, even from different vendors. If they all have the same contact email address for me, why not lump them together in an "inbox/accounts payable" log view that I can access. This would allow me to see and have a record of all outstanding invoices regardless of where they are coming from.

DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD
Ya. Ever heard of a debit card ? Nobody asks for a bank routing and account number for this kind of service. A little shady. So ya a debit card works very well, try it out.

Make this so multiple invoices can be seen and paid in a single login, instead of logging in and out for each invoice.
Single login shows all outstanding invoices for multiple locations we have BWI units.

Allow for installments to show, with due dates
My invoice required 3 installments for a construction job. These milestone payments were due at different times. I would like the invoice to show the total project cost, but also the separate installment amounts and due dates.

use browser payment info
I have my payment information saved in my browser for a reason (I don't want to have to type my credit card number out every time I use it.) The online form is able to capture my name and zip code, yet it mysteriously won't populate my saved credit card info, thus forcing me to either type it out, or create an account with QuickBooks, which I am not going to do. Either use the saved browser data for all fields in your form, or don't use any of it (my advice is to use it all, rather than alienate…

Better default file name when printing payment receipts
When you print your receipt, have the default name of the pdf file be NAME OF COMPANY + PAYMENT + DATE.
Ex: "ACME Toys - Payment - 1-22-2020.pdf"
