Seeing and Paying invoices strait though our quickbooks online portal.
Invoices only show up in my email, but they are nonexistant inside of quickbooks.
I'm not sure if I have it set up incorrectly, but I would love to be able to receive and pay invoices strait through quickbooks instead of having to go back and find the invoice email in my inbox.10 votes -
Payment deadline should be at least 1 week out from date invoice is sent.
Don't email your customers an invoice and expect it to be paid same day (this happened to me and raised all sorts of doubts/questions in my mind). Please send invoices on a regular schedule at least 1 week prior to the due date, and explain the exact consequences of missing the due date and whether or not there is a waiting list where some other child can take my child's place should our summer plans change (which they often do). Allow for auto-pay of certain monthly amounts.
Allow me to input a pre-approved amount that you will auto-debit each month and send me an e-mail confirmation of it occurring.

have a place I can go to find all my invoices
From what I can see, I can only pay an invoice by finding it in my email and clicking on the link. I would like to log into QB account and find all my outstanding invoices from all vendors.

Allow the recurring template to show the month that services were rendered
All the recurring template to show the month services were rendered without having to manually enter it. In the description field it should say the month.

Auto Pay and/or actually allow me to save cc info
Says I can save card info to use but never saves... 3-4 attempts no good.. AutoPay would be spectacular too
