Fix vendor payment processing time
Fix the vendor payment processing time. We came over from Bill.com to QBO Bill pay and the processing time went from 3 to 7 day and myself as well as our contractors are furious. You keep saying your engineers are working on it, but it's been a month. I can process payroll in one day, why does it take so long to process a vendor payment?

Actually have scheduled payments go through
Had a scheduled payment not go through. All I got was an email saying it didn't go through, and not why. Had to enter it now and it went through. Doesn't make sense.

Allow payer to choose a date in the future to schedule payment rather than only on the current date
It's ridiculous that I cannot schedule the payment in advance. I pay bills once a week and do not have time to go back in and pay something on the day it is due if I've already spent my time paying bills for the week. I also do not like that I am forced to pay the outstanding balance immediately, even if it's not due for several days.

Provide Information on WHY a Payment Didn't Go Through
Today one of our normally scheduled payments didn't go through. We know because you sent us an email that just said "Payment didn't go through" and listed the amount and the merchant. However, you provided no information whatsoever on WHY it didn't go through. There was plenty of money in the account to cover the draft, so there should've been no problem. But all your email had was a "Try again" button, which aside from looking suspect/phishing, just had us re-enter the account information, at which point it went through fine. A vendor credit should apply in Melio when paying bills.
If you enter a vendor credit in Quickbooks online, it will appear when you click "Pay Bills" and select the payment. However, when you click on "Schedule an online payment," the amount changes back to the non-discounted amount. The user must manually adjust the payment to the discounted amount when using Melio. The two systems (Quickbooks and Melio) should communicate with one another.

I would like to schedule payment on the due date, but don't want to wait until the due date to pay.

You can stop giving me a receipt and then telling me on the date I authorized that the payment didn't go through. This is driving me insane.
It looks like I'm not a party of one. WHY can't you guys get it together? I get a receipt for a payment with a future payment date; I have the money in the bank; you send me a note on the due date that my payment didn't go through. FIX THIS!!!

ALLOW ACCESS TO PAY AHEAD OF TIME IF DESIRE
I would like to pay a month or so ahead sometimes an it would be nice to access QuickBooks Invoice payments Portal to do that.

Allow auto-pay to be stopped or changed
I used to be able to set up autopay on recurring invoices, so I did that, but now the option to set up, change, or stop autopay is gone. Multiple times a month, I'm getting an email saying that my payment didn't go through because the money keeps trying to come out of a debit card that's been cancelled for months. Add to that the fact that there's no support option - What happens when someone just decides they want to stop autopay? Do they just have to cancel all their cards?
