  5. Being able to use your own email address when sending invoices for example "accounts@company.co.uk" rather than quickbooks one.

    Agreed this is huge... And depending on the route you take for implementation remember that you need to allow for spf and dkim. My company is at 100% DMARC reject implementation so if we don't get spf and dkim then we can't do anything....

    We use Office 365 not google so I can't test the feature you do have... :(

    agreed, I have customers that are always past due because they miss invoices. If when they hit the portal it showed the status of all invoices not just the one they clicked from then that would be a huge bookkeeping time saver.

  7. Include the payment options for merchant payment on the statements in addition to the invoice.

    Totally agree!!!! I have waited months between checking the recurring items to see if I can add a "statement" to it and still nothing. I would like it to be sent the same day as an invoice for any customer who has a past due amount.

    This would be great I have customers that routinely miss paying an invoice and if the payment portal showed everything as well as a statement option they would all know where they stand in a much easier way.
