    At LEAST, add a spot for the merchant to put the DATE of charge. I pay monthly condo fees- they send the bill on the 15th of the month before, due on the 15th of the next month and it's crazy-making to keep track of WHICH month they are billing for. Just put
    BILL FOR ___Feb.___,
    DUE ___March 15___
    SOOOOO much clearer!!!!
