I would like to schedule payments with a bank account. (For me, it makes no sense to use the credit card, and then turn around and pay it, when I get better bookkeeping with my bank's daily notifications)

Or a bank account. (I see, for me, no point in using a credit card and then paying the credit card, when I can just use my bank account.....)

but say I have an occasional invoice from some vendors

I'd like the ability to set certain vendors as "auto pay approved" vendor

an additional feature would be an "auto pay limit" where an "auto pay vendor" will only get paid automatically if the invoice is under the limit.

whenever such "auto pay vendor" submit an invoice, and the invoice is under the "auto pay limit", I'd like the invoice to be immediately paid.

however, if the invoice is over the limit, I'd like to be able to set a default action of either "auto pay after x days" or "don't pay untill I manually approve"

this way, if I see the invoice, and want it to be paid, I don't have to do anything if the default action is "auto pay after x days".

so vendors that I really trust, can be set with high auto pay limit, and will get paid automatically upon presentation of the invoice, yet vendors that I'd like to review will get a lower "auto pay limit" and "auto pay after x days"

Provide a pay date or hold payment till due date option. Provide option to set a specific date to process the payment or at least an option to pay on the due date. Don't like that I cannot pick a pay date and I hate to be late on payments.

Providing a payment date would eliminate my forgetting to pay on time

It just seems almost impossible that QuickBooks would not provide a pay date. Every payment service on the planet has a pay on date. If I want to be sure my rent is payed and not forget, I should not either have to pay way early, or wait and make sure I remember on the exact date it is due, even if i'm travelling, etc..

PLEASE provide a payment on this date option

Don't like that I cannot pick a pay date. Hate to be late on payments so I like to schedule when email received. Please make this happen.

This truly needs to happen if you want this service to be of tremendous value.

Having the paydate closer to the actual time the consumer can pay it would help. I keep loosing the email when its posted too early. Takes forever to find it. Although that might be difficult for you. So whatever you can do would help. Don't make it ******* yourself.

Without this feature, I would not recommend QuickBooks.

This is to guarantee Beta gets Payment by close of the business day on 5th of each month. They currently offer payment between 1-5 of each month.
