  1. figure out how to keep bank info on file...I have tried nearly FIFTY times to do this but your flawed, ******, system and poor CSRs failed

    I use this process frequently...but it is very cumbersome in that after trying 20 TIMESmI still can't get the save for next time feature
    I wish Quickbooks would spend less time telling me how good they are and more time getting the backstop to put all those glorious features and enhancements in place

    I also have been trying to connect with mobile Quickbooks but I can't seem to erase a text to # I stopped using 3 years ago...what I do get is some chirpy email that says so sorry for the inconvenience ( sounds like all the other off shore scripts ) but then demands a screen shot...are you interested in my biz? make it easier
    I remember when Quickbooks was easy
    maybe you could get your expensive actors to call and show me just how easy it really is
    Won't happen
    plus when I do a response a few days later, ya'llhave the nerve to put on the clock to get back to you....kinda like the baloney departure times of airlines....leave the gate then spend 30 minutes taxiing
