    Kinda feels like half the stress comes from refreshing the site over and over, so I always keep my login details saved and screenshot the key steps just in case the page decides to act up. I’ve also noticed the system gets smoother late at night when fewer people are on. If you’re helping students, maybe point them to the FAQ page too since it clears up a bunch of small things that trip people up.

    Feels like one of those processes where missing a tiny detail can send you back to square one, so I usually keep a simple checklist for each step and update it as rules shift. If you’ve handled PRGI before, you probably know the local District Magistrate office can be the slowest link in the chain, so giving yourself extra buffer time there saves a lot of hair pulling.
