I just log the ring purchase as a simple expense in QuickBooks Online, add a photo of the receipt, and tag it so I can sort it later without any extra steps.

I see it’s been a while since this was posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone’s recently found any updates or alternatives that suit UK users better? It’s been tricky trying to match what’s available elsewhere with what we get here, especially around invoicing and tax features. Curious if anyone’s tried any workarounds or heard anything new from QuickBooks about changes for UK plans.
