    Great question! One improvement I’d really like to see in the QuickBooks mobile app is more reliable real-time syncing, especially when switching between mobile and desktop. Sometimes the delay causes confusion when multiple people are working on the same books.

    Another helpful feature would be smart reminders or alerts for overdue invoices, low balances, or upcoming payments — something lightweight but practical for users on the go.

    Also, for people who rely on mobile tools for quick admin checks, resources like https://sassasc.co.za/
    come in handy for verifying things on the fly. If QB had similar quick-access widgets, it could really boost productivity.
