Managing users directly from the mobile app would make QuickBooks far more practical for teams that work on the go. Right now, switching to the desktop just to invite an accountant or adjust permissions slows things down, especially for small businesses that rely heavily on their phones.

I’ve noticed the same need in other apps I use—whether it’s productivity tools or even when testing different https://theminecraftdl.com/ builds for side projects—mobile platforms work best when user access and roles can be handled instantly without jumping between devices. Adding this functionality to QuickBooks Mobile would definitely simplify collaboration and reduce a lot of unnecessary steps.
