    Your observation that maintenance is more about forecasting than repair is completely consistent with my experience. This is especially true when working with limited resources. I am used to looking at different reviews of companies and services - it is easier to understand what really works. Recently I paid attention to Meritage Homes reviews https://meritage-homes.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , examples from other people's experiences help to better assess how an organization can build processes and anticipate problems.
