  2. In the modern invoice format, please add back the option "No, keep it" when deleting an unbilled expense line item.

    I agree 100% with this suggestion. The feature was very important to my business. I don't understand why this feature was eliminated along with a number of other basic invoicing features. I pay Intuit QBO $9K-$10K per year to process my invoices and payments. I expect better service for my money and will move to another 3rd party if this trend of cutting features with incomplete software updates continues. Other example include T-sheets integration. Message to QBO: Stop trying to fix something that already works fine. Keep software features. Don't eliminate without a better option.

    I agree 100% with this post. Since I pay $9K-$10K per year to QBO for invoicing and processing payments, I'm considering leaving QBO invoicing for a more stable 3rd party solution. The number of software errors and removal of invoicing features is unacceptable. Same general issue with integration of T-Sheets into QB time. Another failure from the end user point of view.
