This option is very critical to our landscape business. We usually send invoices for services already completed. Before I used to manually create every invoice and I would add the month in the line description. However, after setting up re-occuring invoices I realized it missed the month being added which defeats the purpose and causes . This issue would be solved if there was an option for variables to be added. For example, if it's March and I want to bill for February Services, I should be able to add something to the extent of "Monthly Maintenance %Service Month%. Seems like a basic feature and I'm surprised with the business that use this service that this wouldn't be an option for as much as Quickbooks charges.
