  1. Your damned form erases all entries if a user fills in all the information and *then* realizes that he wants credit, not debit. Sloppy code.

    Good advice. Looking at my own comment plus others, it is shocking how many basic things need to be improved. It really doesn't have to be this poorly done.

  2. make the font on the receipt smaller so that receipt is only one page, not two.

  4. Give you the option to signin or create account at the beginning not after you enter all the bank information.

    Amen! Sign in is almost hidden up in the corner. Every other website puts it front and center and larger so you won't waste your time and be annoyed thinking the system has remembered nothing of your payment method.

    The current method is crazy because I can never catch up on my payments. That does not make the company I owe very happy at all. Why would you have it like this?
